My academic pursuits began at K.A. Leuven, where I focused on business administration, gaining insights into entrepreneurship, accounting, marketing, and financial management. My passion for technology and business processes was evident as I delved into the complexities of double-entry bookkeeping and fiscal policies. This robust educational background equipped me with a solid understanding of business economics and legal aspects, essential for my future roles.

In 1998, I embarked on my professional journey by mastering Microsoft Office and later specializing in SAP System Application Programs in 2007. I delved into SAP modules, including Sales & Distribution (SD), Financial (FI), Controlling (CO), and Material Management (MM), showcasing my dedication to mastering the intricacies of enterprise resource planning systems. My roles in various esteemed organizations, such as Leondarius Fashion, Clarks Shoes U.K., Sandoz - Novartis, 3M Applied Science, E.G. Pharma, and Umicore Brugge, allowed me to implement and optimize SAP solutions. I was instrumental in automating work processes, developing dashboards, and creating comprehensive procedures and logbook structures, significantly enhancing operational efficiency.

Leadership and Management

My leadership skills flourished as I transitioned into managerial roles. As a Customer Experience Manager, I guided teams to deliver exceptional customer service and streamline business processes. My leadership was characterized by empathy, clear communication, swift decision-making, and effective problem-solving.
